Dr. Danish graduated from Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio, and then from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio in 2007, where he earned the Mastin Scholarship for outstanding academic achievement. He came to Philadelphia for his adult psychiatry residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, followed by a two-year fellowship in child & adolescent psychiatry at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. He is board certified in both adult psychiatry and child/adolescent psychiatry.During his 15 years of experience in psychiatry, he has treated patients of all ages (from preschool to geriatric) and various backgrounds. He is experienced in treating mood, anxiety, neurodevelopmental, executive function, and psychotic disorders.
After working for over a decade in both emergency room and inpatient settings, gaining experience with the more acute presentations of these disorders, he went on to develop and grow a multi-disciplinary center for psychiatric disorders-- Philadelphia Integrative Psychiatry, located in the suburbs west of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
At this practice he leads a team of practitioners, nurse practitioners and therapists, treating hundreds of patients with conditions across the psychiatric spectrum. Philadelphia Integrative Psychiatry employs cutting edge treatment, including the most up to date and research-backed psychopharmacology, neurofeedback, biofeedback, EMDR, and altered mind state for treatment resistant depression (TRD), and soon will provide Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation for TRD and altered mind state assisted therapy for depression & PTSD.
In addition to his role as a clinical lead, he is excited and honored to have been accepted as a member of the team at Behavidence. Behavidence offers a phone-based technology that employs digital phenotyping and a machine-learning algorithm to evaluate onset, progression, and relapse of mental health conditions. At Behavidence he will help direct research, product design, and patient and practitioner outreach and education. This new approach could offer a significant advance in how various conditions are screened for, diagnosed, and monitored in the field of psychiatry.
Joe specializes in the treatment of ADHD (including in children, teens, adults, older adults, and adult-onset ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder, Anxiety Disorders (including OCD), Depression, Movement Disorders (specifically Tardive Dyskinesia and Akathisia), Psychotic Disorders (including early onset Schizophrenia and Schizoaffective Disorder), Bipolar Disorder, and Addictive Disorders (Substance Abuse, Binge Eating Disorder, and Gambling Use Disorder). He has extensive experience in treating both children and adolescents. Additionally, he holds a waiver for completion of specialized training in the use of Medications for Addiction Treatment (MAT) for assisting individuals struggling with Substance Use Disorders. Joe is our Senior Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and he provides weekly supervision sessions with each of our other nurse practitioners.
Joe has nearly two decades of psychiatric experience including inpatient, outpatient, and emergency crisis response center settings. His psychiatric work experience includes positions at Lehigh Valley Health Network, The Horsham Clinic, The University of Pennsylvania Health System (Pennsylvania Hospital and Penn Presbyterian Medical Center), Thomas Jefferson University Health System, Haven Behavioral Hospital of Eastern Pennsylvania, Berkshire Psychiatric, and Penn Psychiatric Center.
In addition to his role as an outpatient psychiatric provider, Joe also has experience presenting nationwide to other prescribers regarding the treatment and diagnosis of Tardive Dyskinesia, Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Depression, Schizophrenia, and Bipolar Depression. Joe maintains active adjunct faculty status in the Department of Nursing at Montgomery County Community College where he teaches undergraduate nursing students in both the clinical and classroom setting. Additionally, he has served as a clinical faculty instructor for graduate and doctorate level students at Anderson University, Chamberlain University, Drexel University, Eastern Kentucky University, Herzig University, La Salle University, Liberty University, Maryville University, Montgomery County Community College, Post University, Rocky Mountain University, Spring Arbor University, University of Cincinnati, Walden University, and Wilkes University for students studying to become Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioners.
Joe graduated Summa Cum Laude from Walden University with a Master of Science in Nursing and he is board-certified as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to treat across the lifespan by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). He is also board-certified by the ANCC as a Psychiatric Registered Nurse. Joe is licensed as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in both PA and NJ. He also has supplemental education in Plant-Based Medicine through Cornell University.
Kellie Booth, MSN, PMHNP, is board-certified as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to treat across the lifespan by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Prior to joining Philadelphia Integrative Psychiatry, she gained experience in caring for patients of all ages in a variety of settings, including long term care facilities, emergency departments and more. Kellie has a strong passion for helping others and has volunteered medical services in many settings including another country and homeless shelters. She brings compassion and drive to Philadelphia Integrative Psychiatry and all her patients.
Kellie graduated top of her class with Summa Cum Laude from Post University with a Master of Science in Nursing. She earned her Associates and Bachelor degrees from Gwynedd Mercy University as well as a minor in psychology. While attending Gwynedd Mercy University she received the Mother Mary Bernard Scholarship and was captain of their tennis team for two years.
John Guardiani is a therapist, Vice President and Co-Founder at Philadelphia Integrative Psychiatry. John’s experience in multiple care settings includes - hospital, residential, educational, and outpatient settings. John has helped to promote a diverse and eclectic menu of services at Philadelphia Integrative Psychiatry. With an undergraduate focus in biology and psychology, combined with graduate focus in counseling, John’s mind-body style view of mental health helps drive the underlying integrative mission of the practice.
While employing a warm, patient-centered attitude, John utilizes an inclusive approach to assist clients and their families, helping them to learn more about their bodies and minds, and guiding them to take control of their symptoms. John’s specialties include neurofeedback, biofeedback, and integration of altered mind states with psychotherapy. John also provides expert consultation and services in the management of complex psychiatric cases, including bipolar and psychotic spectrum disorders.
In his leadership role at Philadelphia Integrative Psychiatry, John provides operational and clinical oversight, as well as program development and implementation.

Kristen is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples and families who have experienced trauma as a whole. She works from a core belief that our minds and body are interconnected. Past traumatic experiences get stored in our bodies and physical symptoms can manifest, especially if you or your loved one experiences emotions intensely.
Kristen has delivered therapeutic interventions to individuals and families in many different clinical settings including outpatient, home, school, community and hospital settings. This has resulted in her gaining experience with many acute presentations and complex struggles. She has training in complex trauma and takes a holistic approach to therapy by integrating trauma-based interventions and modalities that teaches her clients to regulate their nervous system so they can feel one with themself and connected to those in their life. She also incorporates energy work into treatment, as well as other treatment interventions that promote a sense of peace in the present moment.
Kristen is dedicated to achieving clinical progress and is enthusiastic about exploring new therapeutic methods. At Philadelphia Integrative Psychiatry, she specializes in a unique form of psychotherapy, which involves facilitating therapy under more open and receptive mind states. This approach is also applied in group therapy settings, fostering a supportive and innovative therapeutic environment.

Marni is a Registered Dietitian with over 8 years of experience specializing in eating disorders and disordered eating patterns. She uses an individualized approach with each client to join them on their health journey using supportive coaching techniques along with nutrition education. In addition to having extensive experience in eating disorder treatment, Marni also has had success working with patients with diabetes, heart disease, PCOS, thyroid disorders, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, as well as patients with allergies and intolerances. She works with patients by setting specific goals to work on between each session to meet their goals one step at a time.
Mark is a National Certified Counselor who brings with him more than 15 years of teaching, coaching, and parenting experience to his practice. His empathetic style allows him to connect with adolescents, young adults, and adults from different backgrounds and experiences. Mark has experience with clients who are working with anxiety, depression, and social interaction challenges. As an educator, he is familiar with many different strategies for improving student performance and is knowledgeable of students’ rights to an appropriate education. He can work with individuals to identify strategies to help improve their Executive Functions. As a coach,Mark has worked with young athletes to improve their performance through proper mental preparation and training.
Dominic is a professional counselor with experience in the outpatient and school based mental health settings. He has worked with clients ranging in age from the adolescent years through adulthood who are managing a range of symptoms related to anxiety, depression, autism, and/or ADHD. Techniques he utilizes include working to identify strategies to cope with moment to moment stress, examining how our thoughts and beliefs impact our actions and relationships, as well as helping to build daily routines which include activities that bring meaning, purpose, and fulfillment to our lives. Dominic is experienced in individual, family, and group therapy.
Alexa is a licensed, compassionate, and motivated therapist with comprehensive knowledge in the effects of mental health on the overall quality of life. She is passionate about building trust and rapport with clients through a strengths-based approach, reflective listening, and empathic interpersonal skills. Alexa has successfully completed and earned her Eating Disorder Certification. This has equipped Alexa with a comprehensive knowledge base, specifically tailored to work professionally with clients experiencing disordered eating and those who are diagnosed with eating disorders. With a focus on the HAES perspective, she is well-prepared to address the unique challenges associated with disordered eating patterns and provide holistic support to individuals seeking help. Alexa is committed to utilizing her expertise to assist her clients in developing a deeper understanding of themselves and their specific needs.
She also currently offers experience with the daily impacts of depression and anxiety, body image and self esteem, and supporting both new moms and more experienced mothers through the journey of motherhood with a focus on empowerment and autonomy. Tracy is a Licensed Professional Counselor with several master's degrees in Clinical Counseling and Health Psychology and Organizational Development and Leadership. She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Educational Psychology with a concentration in Neuropsychology to inform treatment practices and support services.
I specialize in therapy for childfree individuals, highly sensitive people, LGBTQ+ folx and their families, women, and equestrians. My style is warm, collaborative, and direct. In my work, I operate from the perspective that we are all doing the best that we can, and that we all want to live our lives with contentment and joy—but that the path in getting there is often difficult and full of unexpected surprises.
Outside of work, I enjoy riding horses, hiking, crafting, and spending time with friends and family.
Dr. Feeney graduated from West Virginia University with masters and doctoral degrees integrating e-learning, counseling, and behavior analysis with Julie Skinner Vargas, daughter of B. F. Skinner.
"Dr. Dave" is a Licensed Behavior Specialist with 25 years' experience helping families with autism, ADD/ADHD, Behavioral Issues, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, OCD, Weight management, Smoking, and substance use disorders. He is experienced working with children, teens, parents, families, medication management, autism assessment, case management (wraparound), couples and group therapy, and neurofeedback.
For almost 30 years, Dr. Feeney has been a champion of “E-haviorism” - behavior services delivered 100% online. In 1994, Dr. Feeney founded ONLEARN.COM, a pioneer in online education for lifestyle modification. In 1996, ONLEARN.COM was sold to McGraw-Hill Inc. In 1997, David’s first publication was a book chapter about 100% online smoking control, weight control, and medication compliance services.
Since 1998, Dr. Feeney has held full time leadership positions in higher education, managing digital degree programs at Temple University, Seton Hall University, Strayer University, and more.
Today, Dr. Feeney provides behavior consulting and parent education 100% online. Dr. and Mrs. Feeney are proud parents of an adult son with autism who drives, works 2 jobs, and lives independently.
Justin Bwint is therapist and biofeedback clinician who has developed his clinical skillset through varied experiences in behavioral hospitals, clinics integrated primary care settings, private boarding schools, community wraparound services, college counseling, and in partnership with corporate/non-profit sectors. Through these past positions, he has worked with clients throughout the lifespan and integrated a variety of clinical approaches/frameworks with a particular affinity for third-wave cognitive behavioral models (ACT, DBT, CFT, etc.). In doing so, he has learned there is no "one size fits all" therapy and is determined to build an individualized treatment for all clients he serves.
He is passionate about working with any client interested in developing a more fulfilling, rewarding life. He also welcomes those who are interested in the connection between their physical body and their emotional wellbeing.
In addition to his clinical work, Justin is a doctoral candidate at Widener University's Institute of Graduate Clinical Psychology with an expected graduation date of May 2024.
Alex is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their families. She received her Masters in Social Work from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and has experience providing intensive, in-home therapy services to families. Alex also has experience providing school based and outpatient therapy services to children and adolescents with significant social, emotional, and behavioral difficulties.
Alex utilizes a trauma-informed perspective and a strengths-based approach to empower and instill hope in her clients. She recognizes the need for every individual to have a safe, understanding, and open space to share their experiences and feel heard. This compassionate validation is balanced with supportive challenging in order to encourage change. She supports her clients in gaining awareness around their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in order to disrupt negative patterns, and increase a client's sense of control over their responses and interactions. For this reason, she especially loves working with teens and young adults as they gain independence and navigate life transitions.

Rebecca is a Registered Behavior Technician who previously worked for a private Applied Behavioral Therapy practice in Miami, FL. They have worked with children, preteens, and adolescents. Prior to entering this field, they worked as a teacher at a private Jewish day school in Miami. In both settings, Rebecca encourages learning through play. They use a talk-based approach to work through challenges and set each child up for success in the future. Rebecca uses positive, person-first language and encourages clients to express themselves and share their emotions and unique perspectives. They enjoy collaborating directly with their clients and understanding the child’s point of view and experiences. Rebecca is skilled in Applied Behavioral Analysis and works with children to discover the connections between our actions and their outcomes. They help kids learn and apply new skills through Discrete Trial Training and Natural Environment Teaching. They have experience working with clients on the autism spectrum, as well as those with ADHD and those who struggle with executive functioning. Rebecca has worked with many personalities and is able to connect with children through interests, communication, and a compassionate, nonjudgmental approach. Meet Kevin W. Keane, CRNP, PMHNP, a distinguished psychiatric nurse practitioner who has dedicated his career to the compassionate care of patients 16 and older. A graduate of Neumann University with a bachelor's degree in nursing, and a master's degree from Walden University, Kevin brings his wealth of knowledge and expertise to our practice.
With a lifelong commitment to psychiatry, Kevin has been a key figure in various mental health settings. He has nurtured the minds of geriatric patients and offered acute care in adult psychiatric units. Outside the hospital, he has contributed at Philadelphia Integrative Psychiatry as a supportive Ketamine provider.

Juan is a recent graduate of Swarthmore College where they received their BA in Psychology. During their education, they completed research projects exploring Treatment Resistant Depression, Suicidality, PTSD, and effects of Psilocybin Therapy. Juan believes developing a trusting relationship is fundamental for effective therapy and engages with clients' interests and preferred activities to develop positive rapport. As a behavior technician, they aim to help clients gain skills and learn prosocial behaviors.
Sophia is a licensed social worker specializing in eating disorders. She completed her graduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania, earning joint Masters in education and social work. Sophia developed her skill set for supporting clients struggling with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, ARFID, and other eating disorders at the Renfrew Center of Radnor, first as a Primary Therapist and then as a Team Leader. In addition to supporting those struggling with eating disorders, Sophia particularly enjoys helping clients grapple with questions of sexuality and supporting people working to limit self-harming behaviors.
Sophia has a background in the humanities and takes a whole-person, non-pathologizing, and relational approach to therapeutic work. She is attuned to the role of family and societal systems on the individual and practices from a standpoint informed by principles of social justice. Sophia is adept at balancing confrontation of unhelpful, harmful patterns with a warm and compassionate tone in the therapy session.
As a clinician, Alane believes in leading with unconditional positive regard, curiosity, and respect. Alane is informed by psychodynamic theories and integrate experiential, EMDR, and somatic techniques as additional options beyond cognitive behavior therapy in her collaboration with clients. Stephanie Dunn is a licensed behavior specialist with experience in behavioral and educational roles. Experience includes working in various behavioral roles in public school environments, wrap-around programs, and community settings. She has an Applied Behavior Analysis certification from Pennsylvania State University, a M.A from George Mason University, and B.A. from West Chester University. She has experience working with young children through adolescence and is willing to work with clients in the home, school, and office settings.
Jahlia Smallwood is a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner with more than 25 years of experience in behavioral health. She holds a master's degrees in Human Services, a master's degree in Organizational and Strategic Leadership, a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education as well as a certificate in Addictions Studies. Jahlia specializes in behavior management and has worked with children and adults with varying mental/behavioral health needs including ADHD, ODD, PTSD, anxiety, depression, schizophrenia bipolar and substance use disorders. Her treatment style emphasizes self-advocacy and empowerment as part of mental health well-being. Jahlia is currently pursuing licensure as a Behavior Specialist.
