Scope of Service
Effective September 2026 · Last updated September 2026
Mind Align Psychiatry is a physician-led, asynchronous-first — not asynchronous-only — psychiatric care service. This document describes what our service is, what it is not, and how care is delivered.
What Mind Align Psychiatry is
- Structured intake, review by a licensed physician, a written plan, secure follow-up, and continuity of care — careful psychiatry without a waiting room.
- General, self-guided psychiatric programs are for adults 18 and older. Dr. Danish is board-certified in both adult and child & adolescent psychiatry; select physician-managed pathways may serve younger patients through a supervised pathway with a parent or legal guardian involved throughout.
- Where clinically appropriate, care may include non-controlled medication options, physician-ordered genetic/pharmacogenomic testing, and labs — each interpreted by a physician in the context of your history.
- Care is available only in states where our physicians are licensed and where the law supports our model; availability varies by program and is confirmed at intake.
What Mind Align Psychiatry is not
- Not an emergency or crisis service. The service is not monitored in real time. In a crisis or medical emergency, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), text HOME to 741741 (Crisis Text Line), or go to your nearest emergency room.
- Not a therapy service and not a substitute for ongoing psychiatric treatment, in-person evaluation, or examination where those are indicated.
- Not a fast-refill or medication-access service. Our asynchronous new-patient intake is non-controlled — including stimulants, benzodiazepines, or controlled sleep medications.
- Not a substitute for the care of an existing treating clinician, and not a forensic service (not for legal proceedings, disability determinations, custody matters, fitness-for-duty, or insurance disputes).
How care is delivered
- All clinical decisions are made by a licensed physician after reviewing your history and any required screens or labs. Completing an intake begins a clinical review; it does not create a physician–patient relationship on its own and does not guarantee acceptance into care or any particular treatment.
- Where clinically appropriate, a live conversation or video visit may be required; some concerns are not appropriate for asynchronous care at all.
- Any medications prescribed are non-controlled and only when clinically appropriate and legally permitted. Nothing is prescribed on the strength of a genetic or lab result alone.
Related but separate
Psychiatric care, coaching, educational content, and supplements/labs are distinct offerings and are governed separately. Coaching and educational content are not therapy or medical care. Genetic and pharmacogenomic testing involves a separate, third-party laboratory fee paid directly to the lab.
Terms of Use
Effective September 2026 · Last updated September 2026
These Terms govern your use of the Mind Align Psychiatry website and services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Eligibility
- Self-guided programs require that you are 18 or older and located in a state we serve. Any physician-managed pathway involving a minor requires a parent or legal guardian to consent and participate.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to keep your account credentials secure.
Acceptable use
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and your own care (or the care of a minor for whom you are the legal guardian).
- Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform.
Not for emergencies
The service is not monitored in real time and must not be used for emergencies. In a crisis or emergency, call or text 988, text HOME to 741741, or go to your nearest emergency room.
Telehealth consent & third-party services
- Use of the service includes consent to telehealth care as described at intake provided at intake.
- Prescriptions are filled by independent, licensed pharmacies; genetic/pharmacogenomic tests are performed and billed by independent laboratories; and labs and supplement fulfillment (including the Fullscript dispensary) are provided by third parties under their own terms.
Legal terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated as required by law, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Privacy & HIPAA
Effective September 2026 · Last updated September 2026
Your privacy is central to your care. This policy explains, in plain terms, what we collect and how we use and protect it. Your protected health information is also governed by our separate Notice of Privacy Practices.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: intake responses, mental-health and medical history, messages, and account and payment details.
- Information collected automatically: basic device and usage data needed to run and secure the platform.
How we use it
- To provide and coordinate your care, operate and secure the service, communicate with you, and meet legal and regulatory obligations.
How we share it
- With the licensed physicians who provide your care; with pharmacies to fill prescriptions and laboratories to run ordered tests; with service providers under contract; and as required by law.
- If you pursue genetic/pharmacogenomic testing, order information is shared with the testing laboratory to fulfill and return your results. If you choose to use our Fullscript dispensary, order information is shared with Fullscript to fulfill your order.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Security & your choices
- Care takes place on a secure platform. For your safety, keep clinical details inside your secure account rather than in general email or web forms.

Financial Agreement
Effective September 2026 · Last updated September 2026
Transparent pricing, no lock-in. This explains what you pay and what it covers. Specific current prices are listed on the pricing page and on each program page.
Fees
- Comprehensive intake & plan fee — a one-time fee for the physician's review of your history and your written plan. It reflects the physician's time and applies whether or not a prescription is written.
- Continuity of Care membership — continued physician oversight, check-ins, and prescription management within scope, billed on a recurring basis. This is medical oversight, not a product subscription; you may pause or stop at any time, and your records and prescriptions remain yours.
- Concierge physician time (optional) — additional, approve-first physician time for months that need heavier back-and-forth, in defined increments. Questions about your safety are always free.
- Medications — filled and shipped by an independent pharmacy and paid directly to that pharmacy at its prices. Mind Align does not mark up medications.
- Genetic / pharmacogenomic testing — two separate fees, both named before anything is ordered: Mind Align's fee for the physician's ordering and interpretation, and a separate laboratory fee paid directly to the lab. Mind Align does not bill the lab fee and receives no part of it.
- Supplements (optional) — available through our Fullscript dispensary or any retailer; if you use our dispensary, we disclose that we earn a margin.
Billing
- We do not bill insurance; our fees are self-pay. You will receive a Good Faith Estimate consistent with the No Surprises Act before you commit. There are no hidden fees.
